Due to a high level of online appointments, we prefer bookings be requested by using our contact email (
[email protected]) or call/text (954)559-8227 and someone will get back to you as soon as possible to help answer any questions you may have and assist you in booking your personal times.
-Renewal of packages, in order to maintain a "standing" appointment for times and days, appointment packages must be satisfied bi-weekly or monthly. This does ensure your time and days remain consistently available for you.*
*The non renewal of appointments before your package reaches 1 appointment left, can result in losing the appointment time. This simply means that an invoice containing a reconciliation for appointments used, the next upcoming agreed upon number of appointments, will be produced when the package reaches only 1 appointment and is due upon receipt.
- A 24hour notice to cancel is required: You will lose the appointment time with no refund or credit. If the cancelation is received in less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.* packages have the opportunity to switch days and times to any avail day or time that may be avail. Otherwise, you will recieve a rufund for the on-timecancelation. A no-show or same day cancellation: Will result in the loss of appointment with no refund or credit.
- Single appointments: Pre-pay using one of our many forms of payment. PayPal / credit card (3% upcharge), ZELLE from any bank or Cash at no additional charge.
- Prices for appointments with Lifestyle Motivator's owner, Mark Kemp(CFT/SET), will vary, and appointments must be arranged with him directly. Simply contact us, as usual for this request and he will return the message to the contact information you provide as soon as possible.
